Job Description The primary role of the Community Manager is to oversee all phases of the property’s daily operations and management. The Community Manager will be responsible for leasing goals, revenue management, fiscal planning, resident and community relations. The Community Manager should possess a polished, professional stature, lead the team by example, and comply with Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
