Facilities Operations Specialist (Florida Region)

Job Description The Facilities Operations Specialist supports Landmark’s portfolio of maintenance programs by assuming the responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor when a vacancy occurs. This role will partner with the Regional Directors – Facilities to preserve and maintain the value of the assigned assets. This individual must have strong leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively.
