About this role
Maintenance Technician Pay: $35.75 per hour +$2.00 premium for Boiler Certification plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (if applicable) Hiring Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $1000 after 6 months. Total Hiring bonus $1,500. Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing maintenance of the facility and production equipment to ensure our plants can add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products.
