About the job Laundryheap picks up dirty laundry and drops off clean laundry, usually within 24 hours, in 18+ cities across Europe, Asia, and North America. Simple promise, surprisingly hard to deliver at scale - which is exactly the kind of problem we like. We're a team of 200+, scattered across the globe, trying to make "doing laundry" disappear from people's to-do lists entirely. Alongside our consumer business, we're building out a B2B vertical - contracted enterprise clients and platform partnerships - and it's still early: a lot of what exists today is manual and stitched together, and we're now building the product infrastructure to let it scale properly.
