As a true anchor within the Talent and Culture team, the chosen candidate will bridge the gap between a new talent's arrival and their growth within the company. This is a dual role: providing essential support to scout our future team members, and ensuring their administrative and human journey is flawless, from day one to payday.

Operations & Culture
In this area, the person in this role becomes the go-to anchor ensuring structure and peace of mind for our team members.
The art of onboarding: Orchestrate the arrival of new team members (preparing contracts, welcome kits, equipment logistics, and introducing the company culture).
First point of contact: Thoughtfully answer daily questions from team members regarding internal policies, vacations, or benefits.…
