Your job is more than a job The Manager of Outpatient Clinic manages the day-to-day activities of the clinic within the guidelines of established policies to provide high quality health care services on behalf of the hospital. Assists in establishing and improving processes, optimize efficiency and quality of the clinic. GENERAL DUTIES Maintains effective communications with senior administration, medical staff, the community, and all levels of clinical employees. Manages professional and support personnel charged with providing outpatient care to patients. Evaluates outpatient clinic's program policies/procedures and evaluate mechanisms to ensure consistency with the regulatory laws and standards.
