Your job is more than a job Professional position requiring advanced clinical, educational and managerial skills in the provision of interdisciplinary care for the patient with cerebral vascular disease. This position requires the knowledge and skill to design and implement clinical pathways relevant to the stroke patient in addition to evaluating patient’s progress or variance. Recognition of variance in the pathway as system, patient, or personnel related is a key concept in assuring optimal patients’ outcome. The ability to analyze and recommend system and/or clinical practice changes is an integral component of this position. The incumbent is responsible for the education of the staff caring for stroke patients in collaboration with WJMC and LCMC leadership.…
