About the role At Blackbaud, our Law Department is evolving into a modern, scalable, and highly effective business partner. As our Legal Operations Principal, you'll play a key role in making that happen. You'll combine operational leadership, financial management, governance support, and process improvement to help the Law Department operate efficiently and deliver greater impact across the business. Working closely with the Chief Legal Officer, Legal leadership, Finance, IT, and external partners, you'll drive operational excellence, optimise legal spend, support Board and governance activities, and enhance the systems and processes that enable our legal team to perform at its best.…
