About the role: As a Senior Software Engineer in the Upsilon India/Vaayu team, you will build and operate software that powers Blackbaud’s Engineering System Platform — an internal developer platform designed to help engineering teams move from ideation to production faster and operate reliably at scale. You will own the design, implementation, and operation of a robust Internal Developer Platform, allowing hundreds of development teams to deploy and manage thousands of services and cloud resources. This is a hands-on coding role (you will spend most of your time writing and reviewing code), with strong ownership in production reliability, Kubernetes operations, and observability.…
