Job Title: Vice President / Senior Associate, Equity Capital Markets (Healthcare) Reports to: Co-Head of Investment Banking Department: Investment Banking Location: New York Salary Range: $175,000-$250,000 This is an opportunity to become a leader within a world-class investment banking practice focused on companies in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will serve as the primary project manager for the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team, leading the end-to-end execution of a wide array of equity and equity-linked financings, including initial public offerings, follow-ons, structured deals, and convertible debt transactions.
