This would include monthly and quarterly business reviews, partnership in creating the annual budget and subsequent forecasts, discussions and explanations regarding budget and forecast variances, profitability reviews, risks & opportunities, KPIs and metrics that matter to the line, business case support and performance against LOB goals.…
