NY0705 NY Region Business Office Job Description The Portfolio Management Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to Retail Small Business leadership and relationship managers in the management of the Small Business loan portfolio. Functions include tracking, requesting, collecting and imaging financial statement/information required from borrowers and adhering to required due dates, oversight and outreach on delinquency, managing maturing loans, submitting and facilitating modifications, assisting with portfolio transfers, generating, distributing and/or validating reports, pipeline monitoring and ensuring data integrity.
