IAT Insurance Group Surety Business Unit has an immediate opening for an Associate Surety Account Manager in our Norristown, Pennsylvania location. This role will provide overall day-to-day customer service and support to Underwriters, Agents, Principals. Acts as a liaison between the organization and clients, working closely with both entities to ensure needs are met. This role works a hybrid schedule that requires working from the office Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working Thursday and Friday remotely. Responsibilities: Enters new and renewal business into proprietary rating systems. Prepare account service-related documents and other client communications and correspondence. Processes renewals, reviewing for accuracy and making requested renewal changes.…
