This is a hybrid role, supporting the greater Bellevue Washington metropolitan area Our Regional Community Managers: Lead and supervise Community Managers and site teams, driving accountability, performance, and staff development. Facilitate consistent adherence to CIRC policies, procedures, and operational timelines across all communities. Monitor and improve portfolio performance, including occupancy, collections, expenses, and overall financial outcomes.
