RCP-Home Care Per Diem

Job Summary: This role is accountable for independently managing the respiratory needs and care of complex medical patients in their home setting. Using the knowledge of pathophysiology, in collaboration with other disciplines, the incumbent will develop, implement, and revise an appropriate interdisciplinary family-centered plan of care, including the use of medical instrumentation. Using clinical judgment the individual will impliment the plan of care and asses and manage the need for appropriate education related to at-home respiratory care that best meets learning needs of the patient and family.
