About this role

WaterBridge is hiring a Payroll Manager for our Houston, TX office location. The Payroll Manager will be an integral member of the HR team, reporting into the SVP, Human Resources. This position will oversee the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. This role will serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve payroll issues, and continuously improve processes and implement new initiatives, as needed.
