About this role

MVMNT Church is a new church plant launching in Aurora, Colorado in January 2027, and they are looking for a Leadership Resident to join their team for this exciting season of growth and ministry. This residency offers a unique opportunity to be part of a church from the ground up while receiving hands-on leadership development and ministry experience. The resident will work closely with Lead Pastor Sean Badeer, learning through observation, participation, and doing ministry alongside the church’s leadership team.
