About this role

NorthPoint Church is seeking a passionate and relational Kids Ministry Resident to join a growing, community-focused church in Northwest Des Moines. This part-time (20 hours/week) residency is designed to develop the next generation of church leaders by providing hands-on ministry experience, intentional leadership development, and meaningful mentorship. As NorthPoint expands its impact, recently opening its doors as a community center, the resident will play a key role in helping children and families come to know Jesus and grow in their faith.
