We are looking for a hands-on Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will own the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of our total rewards strategy across Spain and all locations, ensuring we remain competitive and compliant. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of analytical rigour and people experience. You will work closely with HR and senior leadership to build compensation structures that support the current business strategy while remaining aligned with Spanish labour law and aiming at Pay Transparency Act implementation.
