As a Superintendent with Ledcor’s Mining team, you will provide frontline leadership for large scale mining and earthworks operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality execution across your assigned shift or area. You’ll oversee mining crews and equipment fleets, coordinate daily production plans, monitor output, and ensure all activities align with mine plans, operating procedures, schedules, and cost objectives.
