Ledcor is hiring a Quality and Process Coordinator to support data quality, process improvement, and system administration within our Business & Employee Services (BES) group. Reporting to the Team Lead, Quality & Projects, you will analyze HR data, identify trends and recurring issues, and collaborate across Employee Services and HR COEs to drive continuous improvement in how our shared services team operates. This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and people—where attention to detail meets a genuine curiosity for how things can work better. You will support audits, maintain process documentation, contribute to system projects, and help keep the knowledge base that our Employee Services team relies on accurate and up to date.…
