SUMMARY: The Financial Analyst serves as a key financial resource to the CFO and Development team, providing financial analysis, forecasting, underwriting, and decision support across the company’s development portfolio. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining project financial models, leading the forecasting and reforecasting process, and analyzing project performance to provide forward-looking insights into financial results, cash flow requirements, risks, and opportunities. Working closely with Accounting and Development, the Financial Analyst connects actual financial results with evolving project assumptions to provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to the CFO, ownership, and other stakeholders.…
