SUMMARY: The IT Systems & Support Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day technology support to employees while assisting with the administration, maintenance, and security of the Company's IT systems and technology infrastructure. This position serves as a primary point of contact for employee technology needs, including hardware, software, user access, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
