About the Role This role supports the BSO by delivering day-to-day HR operations and Hong Kong payroll administration. The HR Operations portion covers employee lifecycle administration, personnel records, HR service desk support, time and attendance management, leave-of-absence management, data reporting, and process improvement. The Payroll portion focuses on executing and validating monthly payroll for Hong Kong employees under an outsourced payroll model, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, overtime, leave deductions, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions, and statutory reporting.…
