About the Role LendingOne is one of the country's largest direct real estate lenders and we're building the marketing infrastructure to match. We're looking for a lifecycle marketer who's done this before, knows what good looks like, and wants ownership over something that actually matters. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a finished program and maintain it. You'll nurture architecture across two distinct business lines (our core lending business (DSCR & bridge) and our Partnerships group) and have real input on strategy, segmentation logic, and how we think about the funnel.…
