Job Description: Your Impact: At Leonardo we have an exciting opportunity for a People Partner to join the People Team in Luton on a Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave. The contract duration is up to 14 months (January 2028). This is a part-time opportunity contracted for 22 hrs per week, therefore the salary advertised will be pro-rated to circa £30,000 to £32,000. There is flexibility around whether those 22 hours are completed across three or four working days. However, due to the nature of the work the individual is required onsite at least two days per week at Luton.…
