Job Description: Talent Attraction Partner (FTC) This fixed-term opportunity has been created to support our ambitious 2027 hiring plans, helping us attract and secure the engineering, technical and business talent needed to deliver future programmes and business objectives. As a Talent Attraction Partner, you'll act as a trusted recruitment advisor to your stakeholder groups, owning the end-to-end hiring lifecycle and influencing hiring decisions through market insight, data and proactive talent attraction strategies.
