Job Description: Your Impact The Workplace Specialist supports digital workplace services across an assigned hub, acting as a key support point for business escalations and onsite service delivery. The role provides hands‑on support and guidance for on‑premise tooling, software, infrastructure, and end‑user computing environments, including AV and specialist site‑based infrastructure such as rig machinery.
