We are looking for a Senior Process Improvement Analyst to join our growing team in Malta. This headcount is part of our strategic expansion as we increase our focus on embedding cutting-edge AI and intelligent automation across our global workflows. Sitting at the immediate intersection of business operations and technical automation capability, your primary mission will be to identify operational bottlenecks, map out existing complex workflows, and redesign them to be completely automation-ready and AI-native before any software is built or bought.
