Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Recruiting Specialist – Stores serves as the strategic hiring partner for an assigned group of stores, helping leaders hire the right talent at the right time. This role owns the full recruiting lifecycle while providing labor market expertise, sourcing strategies, hiring consultation, and workforce insights that improve hiring quality and reduce reliance on external recruiting resources. The position partners closely with Area Managers, Store Managers, Human Resources, and Training to support business growth, new store openings, and long-term workforce success.
