About the Role Implement global and national Brand Environment (BE) guidelines and seasonal concepts across assigned stores, adapting them to local market needs & stock availability while maintaining brand consistency. Execute Brand Environment directives and strategies to ensure a best-in-class in-store customer experience. Partner closely with the Regional BE Lead to plan and deliver all visual merchandising initiatives across the region. Implement seasonal and monthly visual merchandising directives and coordinate with Retail Merchants to ensure timely assortment availability. Provide visual merchandising training and coaching to Store Managers and Stylists to build execution capability and reinforce brand standards.…
