팀 소개 LG AI연구원은 "독자 AI 파운데이션 모델" 프로젝트를 통해 한국의 AI 생태계를 선도하고, 기술 수준을 한층 더 높이는 데 핵심적인 역할을 하고자 합니다. 이를 위해 혁신적인 AI 모델을 직접 개발하고, LG AI연구원의 기술력을 바탕으로 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 최고 수준의 AI 기술을 만들어 나가고자 합니다. 이 프로젝트에 함께할 열정적인 연구자들을 찾고 있습니다. 파운데이션 모델 개발에 관심 있는 분들의 많은 지원을 부탁드립니다. 수행 업무 파운데이션 모델 관련 연구/개발 - 학습 데이터 수집/생성/가공 방법 연구/개발 - 파운데이션 모델의 사전학습 또는 사후학습(SFT, RL)에서의 성능 향상 방법 연구/개발 - 벤치마크 성능 평가 및 개선 또는 신규 벤치마크 연구/개발 - Inference 엔진 최적화 - 신규 아키텍처 연구/개발 - 파운데이션 모델 경량화 지원자격 필요역량 - 석사/박사 재학중이거나 기 졸업하신 분 - Linux, Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace 파운데이션 모델(BERT, T5, GPT 등) 활용 능력 필수 - 논문 1저자 게재 1편 이상 우대사항 - 파운데이션 모델 관련 Top-Tier 논문 게재 경험 우대 - 10B 크기 이상의 파운데이션 모델 사전학습 또는 사후학습 개발 경험 우대 - Leaderboard 상위권 달성, Competition 입상 우대 전형절차 서류심사 → 코딩테스트(온라인) → 기술 인터뷰(온라인) → 최종 합격
