Language Lab 산하 Agent Architecture Tech Cell은 AI Agent를 안정적으로 실행하고, 개인과 조직의 업무 맥락을 지속적으로 활용할 수 있도록 Agent Harness와 Agent Memory를 개발합니다. 본 포지션은 이 중 Agent Memory 제품의 기술 방향을 수립하고 개발을 주도하는 역할 을 담당합니다. 수행 업무 개인과 조직의 업무 맥락을 지속적으로 저장하고 활용할 수 있는 Agent Memory 제품과 기술 아키텍처를 설계하고 개발합니다. 대화, 문서 및 업무 이력에서 기억할 정보를 추출하고 구조화합니다. 기존 Memory의 갱신, 병합, 삭제 및 최신성 관리 방식을 개발합니다. 사용자의 요청과 상황에 적합한 Memory를 검색하고 Agent의 Context로 제공하는 기능을 개발합니다. 여러 AI Agent가 개인과 조직의 지식 및 업무 맥락을 공유하고 이어받을 수 있는 공통 Memory Layer를 설계합니다. 최신 Agent Memory 연구와 오픈소스를 검증하고, 실제 사용자와 조직이 활용할 수 있는 제품으로 구현합니다.…
