팀 소개 AI Business Development Team은 각 산업별로 국내 및 글로벌 기업들과 파트너쉽을 통해, 연구원의 핵심 기술을 사업화 하는 조직입니다. 이를 위해, 다양한 산업군의 기업이 필요로 하는 AI 기술을 고객 및 파트너사와 같이 정의 하고, 면밀한 사업성 검토를 통해 실질적인 가치를 창출하는 사업을 기획 및 실행합니다. 수행 업무 국방 분야 사업기회 발굴 및 Account 전략 수립 1. 국방분야 AI 사업 기획 - 국방부, 국방과학연구소, 국방기술진흥연구소, 각 군 및 방산기업 대상 AI 사업기회 발굴 - C4ISR, ISR 영상분석, 무인체계, 전장 AI Agent 등 과제 발굴 및 기획 - 국방분야 사업기획서, Use Case 시나리오, 컨퍼런스/세미나 발표자료 작성 2. 국방 AI 과제 제안 - 국방부, 국방과학연구소, 국방기술진흥연구소, 각 군 및 정부 R&D 과제의 사전기획, 제안, 입찰, 협상 대응 - RFI/RFP 분석, 제안 전략 수립, 제안서 구조 설계, 기술·가격·수행계획 조율 - 사업 수주를 위한 차별화 메시지, 경쟁사 분석, 파트너 역할 분담, 컨소시엄 구성 3. 국방 요구사항 사업화 - Research Lab, Product 및 이행 조직과 협업하여 사업 제안을 실행 가능한 개발계획으로 구체화 - 고객 요구사항을 모델 개발, 데이터 구축, 플랫폼 연동, 보안 인프라, 운영체계 등 기술 관점으로 전환 - 제안 단계에서 PoC, 데모, 기술검증, 아키텍처 설계, 비용 산정이 일관되게 연결되도록 조율…
