About this role

팀 소개 AI 기술을 활용하여 질병의 타겟 단백질을 규명하고, 단백질 구조를 예측 및 설계하는 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 이러한 연구는 신약 개발과 효소 공학을 포함한 다양한 바이오 산업 분야에 혁신적인 솔루션을 제공하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 특히, AD의 원인 인자에 주목하여 새로운 치료제를 개발하는데에 집중하고 있습니다. 수행 업무 단백질 구조 및 결합친화도 기반 치료제 발굴/설계 단백질 구조 예측 및 생성 모델 개발 단백질 결합친화도 예측 모델 개발 저분자 치료제 및 효능소재 발굴 지원자격 관련 분야 석사/박사 졸업자 및 경력자 단백질 구조 예측,설계 및 결합친화도 예측 연구 수행 경력 PyTorch, Keras, Tensorflow 등 최신 Machine Learning 개발 환경에 숙련된 활용 능력 우대사항 AI기반 단백질 구조 예측 및 생성 알고리즘 연구/개발 경험 보유 Top-tier AI conference 및 저널 논문 출판 또는 경진대회 입상자 우대 (예: Neurips, ICLR, ICML, Nature, Science 등 관련 분야 현업 경력 전공 컴퓨터공학, 화학, 생명과학, 생물정보학 전형 절차 서류심사 → 코딩테스트 & LG Way Fit Test (온라인 인성검사) → 1차 기술 인터뷰 (온라인) → 최종 인터뷰 (오프라인) * 전형 절차는 변경될 수 있습니다. 서류 합격 시 전형 절차에 대해 별도로 안내해 드립니다.
