Liberty Community Programs is a residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program dedicated to helping individuals build healthy, meaningful lives through evidence-based treatment, compassion, accountability, and recovery. Position Summary The Group Facilitator is responsible for planning and facilitating engaging, therapeutic psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups for adult residents in our ASAM Level 3.5 residential treatment program. This position plays an important role in creating a positive therapeutic environment while supporting residents in developing the skills needed for long-term recovery.
