We are looking for a Director, M&A Legal to join us in UKM&A Role overview This role reports into the VP Legal and offers the opportunity to play a leading role in shaping complex and high profile transactions across Liberty Global. You will provide clear and thoughtful legal advice across a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, growth investments and corporate governance activities. You will work closely with colleagues across legal and business teams to analyse complex issues, manage risk and support informed decision making.
