Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance, to join us in London. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, the Senior Manager will hold delegated accountability for the delivery of Blume's funding, liquidity and selected strategic transaction workstreams . The role will set the analytical approach, lead cross-functional execution and hold accountability for the quality and delivery of financing, liquidity and capital structure workstreams. Working closely with the CFO and Director of Corporate Finance, the successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, representing Corporate Finance across internal and external workstreams and ensuring complex capital initiatives are delivered to the required commercial, financial and governance standards.…
