About this role
The Assistant Director of Development will assist Development leadership in executing various fundraising initiatives, events and campaigns. They will focus on communicating the value of giving and the importance of maintaining/growing donor relationships. The AD has significant responsibilities including but not limited to acknowledgment, engagement, and communications to steward, cultivate, and upgrade donors. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under direction, works closely and assists in supporting frontline fundraisers to create meaningful stewardship plans for donors.
