The Business Analyst is responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of the University’s spend and communicating the characteristics of that spend to key internal stakeholders. The aim of the Business Analyst is in developing procurement strategies by providing insights and actionable Intelligence mined from expense transactions and related datasets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collects, organizes, and analyzes transactional spend data from multiple systems. Creates an organizational spend map that outlines key spend characteristics. Categorize transactions as needed to summarize spend by key characteristics. Summarizes analysis into reports and communicates results to key stakeholders.
