About this role
The Custodian (First, Second and Third Shift) is responsible for cleaning and caring for all LU Facilities, on and off campus. The Custodian is to maintain, provide and assure an aesthetically pleasing, clean, sanitary and safe environment in a variety of spaces including lobbies, hallways, dorms, bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, classrooms, offices, food service areas, and other public event areas. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all bathroom facilities, including floors, toilets, walls, partitions, sinks and showers. Use brooms, mop, buckets, vacuum cleaners and other related cleaning equipment. • Perform daily cleaning of all interior facility spaces, such as offices, halls, classrooms, labs, food service areas, and common areas.…
