The Contracts Paralegal is primarily responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and revising Life.Church contracts, including identifying and recommending additions or revisions to legal terms and analyzing risk exposure based on data privacy, legal terminology, confidentiality, and other risk factors. This role manages trademark registrations and renewals and facilitates corporate registrations. The Paralegal will identify and escalate contracts and other legal concerns to the Legal team appropriately.…
