The Volunteer Onboarding Specialist is primarily responsible for developing and executing strategies to support an excellent onboarding experience for YouVersion volunteers. This role will work cross-functionally with YouVersion Volunteer Managers (staff) and their teams to establish a standardized volunteer onboarding and screening process, conduct screening calls, and facilitate training with volunteer applicants.…
