About An enterprise client is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Specialists to support their growing international customer base. The ideal candidate is fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English , with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, commitment to punctuality and delivering high-quality customer experiences. Provide professional and courteous customer support in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English . Assist customers with inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and punctuality. Follow company policies, SOPs, and data security/confidentiality guidelines.
