About this role

We are seeking a Tech Lead to support a live, production event-management platform used for high-volume hiring events. This role is focused on diagnosing and resolving production issues, supporting active events, coordinating across engineering and client-facing teams, and helping lead a group of engineers through onboarding, ownership, and delivery. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The right candidate will be a senior-level engineer who can ramp quickly, work independently, manage ambiguity, take ownership of production issues, and help guide other engineers without requiring close direction.
