LightFeather is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to own a new ServiceNow environment for a federal program. This position offers the opportunity to build an environment from the ground up (provisioning, configuration, security hardening, integration enablement, and readiness validation) within a secure federal enclave, and to serve as the platform owner supporting module implementation (including CMDB), platform upgrades, and continuous improvement.
