Your Impact at LILA Lila Sciences is hiring a Director, Product Marketing, Life Sciences to own go-to-market for our life science product portfolio. You will set positioning and launch strategy for closed-loop AI and autonomous lab capabilities, including mRNA design, DNA construct optimization, and AI-driven medicinal chemistry. The audience is senior and technical: biopharma and advanced therapy companies, R&D and CMC leaders, data science teams, and scientific IT. Your job is to make complex science legible and commercially compelling, then build the evidence that moves prospects from curiosity to committed programs.
