Your Impact at LILA As an AI Research Recruiter at Lila Sciences, you will partner directly with our AI research and engineering teams to identify, engage, and hire the researchers and engineers building our AI-driven platform. This is a strategic, full-cycle role: you'll shape hiring plans with research leadership, build Lila's reputation in the AI research community, and go deep in high-signal technical channels to reach talent that isn't sitting on a job board.
