Your Impact at LILA Lila is hiring a Technical Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone for AISF program execution. The role enables program delivery through governance infrastructure, cross-team alignment, risk escalation, and stakeholder coordination, working in close partnership with AISF Strategy and Execution leadership and program leads to remove blockers and keep delivery predictable across the portfolio. The TPM is the connective tissue across research, engineering, product, and operations: surfacing alignment gaps, tracking dependencies, and keeping programs moving together rather than in silos.
