Your Impact at LILA Lila is building at the frontier of AI-driven science, and the quality of our team is the most important variable in our success. As Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of recruiters, sourcers, and TA Operations professionals maintaining a critically high talent bar across AI, Software, and Scientific hiring. You will set the strategic direction for how Lila finds, attracts, and closes exceptional talent in some of the most competitive markets in the world, designing interview processes, developing bespoke sourcing strategies, and building the metrics infrastructure to track what's working.
